This policy covers the ShowLay.ai marketing website, operated by Adaan Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Event participation and commissioned services may have additional notices and terms.

Information you share

When you request a demo, we ask for your name, email address and organisation. You may also share a message about your event. Please do not include sensitive personal information or information about other people without permission.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to respond, discuss your event and arrange a demo. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Website operation

Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the website. This page does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Enquiries and retention

Enquiries are handled by Adaan’s team and its email and hosting providers, including Resend for sending enquiry emails, as needed to respond and operate the service. We retain correspondence as needed for the enquiry, any subsequent business relationship and applicable obligations. We do not sell enquiry details.

Your choices

To ask about, correct or request deletion of your enquiry details, contact sumita@adaan.com. We may need to verify your request or retain information where required.
